No. The 7-day trial asks for an email address and a password. No card, and nothing to cancel if you walk away. A trial gives you the Starter feature set with lighter limits: 25 addresses on the shared @yeymail.com domain, one custom domain, two destination inboxes, up to 20 forwarded messages a day, and 50 new aliases a day. There is no cap on how many aliases you hold on a domain of your own, only on how fast you make them. One thing worth knowing before you start: an address on @yeymail.com stays claimed to you once created, so deleting an alias does not give the slot back.

Point your aliases at any address you already read, whether that is Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Proton or your work account, and forwarded mail arrives there like any other message. Starter lets you forward to up to 10 different inboxes; Plus removes the cap, so family members or teammates can each receive their own.

No. Senders only ever see your @yeymail.com alias. Your real address stays between you and us, and we never sell, share, or profile it.

Yes, and for replies there is nothing to set up. Every message we forward arrives carrying a YeyMail reply address, so hitting Reply in your normal mail app sends from your alias and the recipient never sees your real address, even if the sender tried to point replies somewhere else. Reply All is the exception worth a glance: anyone else copied on the original is an ordinary address in your mail app, so that goes to them directly. To start a new conversation as an alias, give the alias its own SMTP password and add it to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail as a sending identity. That takes about two minutes, once per alias.

Yes. Every alias can be given its own SMTP password in the dashboard, then added to any mail client as a sending identity: host mx1.yeymail.com, port 587, username is the alias itself. Gmail’s “Send mail as”, Apple Mail and Thunderbird all accept it, so you can compose as your alias from the app you already use.

Mail to it is refused at the door. The sending server gets an immediate “no such address”, nothing is queued, and nothing reaches you. Your other aliases are untouched and your real address was never in the message to begin with. Turning an alias off is free on every plan, including after a cancellation: shutting down an address that is leaking should never sit behind a paywall.

Yes, and it is the version of this we recommend if you own a domain. Add it in the dashboard, publish the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records we show you, and once it verifies you can create addresses on it: anything@yourdomain.com. Starter covers 5 domains, Plus is unlimited. On Plus you can also switch on catch-all so every address on the domain works without creating it first, with rules to forward or block specific patterns.

Starter ($0.99/month) is built for one person: unlimited aliases, 5 custom domains, up to 10 destination inboxes and PGP encryption. Plus ($4.99/month) adds the things you need once other people are involved or a domain is doing real work: unlimited domains and inboxes, 5 team seats with shared addresses, catch-all with forward and block rules, and inbound webhooks. Both plans include the kill switch, tracker removal and anonymous replies.

On your own domains, yes. Create as many as you like. On the shared @yeymail.com domain there is a ceiling — 500 on Starter, 5,000 on Plus, 25 during a trial — and it counts every address you have ever created there, including ones you have since deleted. Deleting frees the name in your dashboard but not the claim, because the claim is what stops a stranger creating billing@yeymail.com later and collecting your password resets. Without a ceiling, one script could burn every good address forever. No real user has come close, and if you ever do need the room back, email support.

Nothing is deleted, and your @yeymail.com aliases keep forwarding at the trial allowance of 20 messages a day. Losing your mail because you stopped subscribing would be a worse failure than letting you keep reading it. What stops is creating anything new, and custom domains pause, since those are the paid part. Subscribe again and everything picks up where it left off.

Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like: no email to support, no phone call, no waiting on anyone. We ask why you’re leaving and offer you a discount once; decline it and the cancellation goes through straight away. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. If YeyMail isn’t for you, tell us within 30 days of paying and we refund it.

We never store the content of your messages. They’re relayed over TLS wherever the server on the other end supports it, with certificate-verified TLS enforced for the destinations that publish an enforcing MTA-STS policy and serve a certificate chain we can verify, and the body is discarded the moment it’s delivered. That is a specific list rather than every destination: everywhere else, mail is still encrypted whenever the far end offers it, but not enforced. We do keep delivery logs (which alias received mail, when, and whether it was delivered, bounced, or blocked) so you can monitor forwarding and shut down abuse. We never read your mail, and we never profile or sell your data.

Yes. Switch on tracker removal for any alias and YeyMail strips invisible tracking pixels and known link-tracking parameters from the mail it forwards, which defeats most open and click tracking. Every forwarded message already arrives from a YeyMail reply address, with the real sender’s name and address visible and replies working as normal.

Yes, on both plans. Paste your public key in Settings and YeyMail re-wraps incoming mail as PGP/MIME before forwarding it, so the contents of the message sitting in your inbox are encrypted to a key only you hold and your mail provider can no longer read them. As with all PGP/MIME mail, the subject line and the addresses stay readable; the encryption covers the message itself.

It happens occasionally. @yeymail.com is an ordinary domain rather than a throwaway service, so it isn’t on the usual disposable-address blocklists, but some sites reject any domain they don’t recognise. That is the strongest argument for connecting a domain of your own: addresses on it look exactly like a personal mailbox, because that is what they are.

Messages up to 25 MB forward normally, attachments included. That is the same ceiling Gmail, Outlook and iCloud enforce, so anything we accept is something your inbox will accept too. Larger messages are refused as they arrive, which means the sender hears it immediately from their own provider instead of assuming it went through.

Everything goes: your aliases stop instantly, any subscription is cancelled, and your account, domains, destination inboxes and mail history are purged from our database. Two records survive, both with the link to you removed: a content-free marker that a given @yeymail.com address was once in use, so it can never be reassigned to a stranger who would then start receiving what was your mail; and, if your account was ever the subject of a fraud or chargeback report, that report, which we keep for abuse prevention.
